Tasting Notes

With a dark red colour this Shiraz is abundant with black olives & redcurrant fruit that lead to an alluring toasted coconut aroma. The wine is enriched with black cherry & plums which are balanced by the fine complex tannin finish of black pepper & coconut that come from 12 months ageing with American Oak. An intense Shiraz suited to any red meat dish.
